ICARIANWAY will retain the personal datam that the lessee will fill in, in its records in order to ensure compliance with the terms and improvement of the administration and management of the car rental.
We do not share your personal data to third parties unless it is necessary for the implementation of the contract and for any legitimate purpose. In particular, disclosure of your perspnal data is made for any legitimate use.
Third parties to whom your personal data is transmitted in this way, are not authorized to use them for other purposes. The lessee, with their signature, explicitly consents to the processing of their personal data.
